Imani Africa Dawkins, Principle Designer


Imani is currentlly studying for her degree in architectural design from Hampton University. She has been mentoring under her dad who is currectlly a national general contractor. Imani has a passion for the craft with a sharp eye for details and indispensable when it comes to color palettes and design accents!!

Marta is a traveller, drawing from the many cultures and designers she's found inspiring throughout her journeys. It's likely, that whatever your dream, Marta has experience in making it happen! 

Daniel S Dawkins ll, General Contractor/Real Estate Developer


Mr. Dawkins has been building for over 23 years now. CEO and Founder of Dawkins Development Group Inc. He noticed a skillset in Imani watching her design homes in her early teenage years on her laptop. Not knowing by bringing her to job sites as a child would result in her growing her own passion to pursue a career in architectual!
